Oh, since I'm at it, how about I stir some shit amongst YOU SINGAPOREAN MALES? Most of you have to go through the dreaded National Service and the subsequent never-ending reservist cycle, right? Accordingly, this is your liability as a Singaporean Male and your duty to the country. Fine, fine. Whatever.
And then what's this I hear about FOREIGNERS being offered scholarship, jobs and FREE citizenship? Why aren't those that have sacrificed their blood, sweat and tears to the nation given such privileges? Oh, we not talented enough? Sure, and that bunch of Chinese nationals at my void deck are given scholarship because they are damn talented at talking loudly in the middle of the night and spitting their phlegm across into the next housing block. They sing Jay Chou songs perfectly out-of-key. They're as talented as the rotting crap inside the rubbish chute!
My question is... HOW ABOUT US SINGAPOREANS?
We are suppose to protect our nation against invaders and yet, the governing bodies are welcoming these "invaders" with incentives and open arms. TWO YEARS OF MILITARY TRAINING for what? The deaths of young men during service for what? SIX in TEN new jobs going to foreigners? And they tell us that Singaporeans will lose jobs without foreign workers? Hello? We retarded is it?
Don't blame me for not being patriotic even though I served under an "elite" division of the armed forces. Big fucking deal, if you ask me. This is not a country. It's a bloody capitalistic business centre that cares very little for it's own people!
